Plataforma Educacion y Labor (PEL) had a productive meeting with the Aruba Wine and Dine Hospitality Group.
We had an inspiring meeting discussing the latest developments the consequences for education and the labor market and exploring meaningful ways to collaborate for impact.
Together, we shared ideas on how to better connect students with real workplace experience, strengthen mentorship within hospitality, and build sustainable partnerships that support both employers and future professionals.
